Project Selborne and Training Roles
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”. You will be responsible for instructing Royal Navy students in Trade Safety Principles, Procedures, and Practices, specifically delivering Trade Safety training during Phase 3 career courses across the four cadres of the Weapons Engineering (WE) department. Additionally, they provide general Health & Safety training and guidance to students undertaking Target Employment modules. This role is offered on a term time basis working 45 weeks per year, with non-working weeks taken 2 weeks at Christmas and Easter and 3 weeks in August. The salary will therefore be pro rata’d and calculated to include contractual annual leave entitlement and bank holidays. Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Collections Advisor (6-month FTC)
We’re looking for Collections Advisors to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract, working in partnership with a blue-chip financial services client. As a Collections Advisor, you will be engaging with our client’s customers who may find themselves in financial difficulty and require information and guidance in order to meet their finance commitments. You will need to take ownership to understand the customers financial situation, providing options and solutions to always ensure fair outcomes. Experience in collections and/or a call centre within financial services environment is essential to be considered.
