Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administration Apprentice to join our team in the heart of our operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our Team, contributing to the seamless delivery of services that align with our commitment to client satisfaction.

Hours Full time - 35 hours per week

Salary £15,000 to £18,200 per year

What will I learn?

No two days are the same Your role will include doing and learning the following:

* Document control - scanning incoming documents.
* Answering phone calls and handling customer enquiries.
* Replying to emails and keeping things running smoothly.
* Using our client management software to assist with queries.
* Updating client records where required.
* Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 365.
* General Office Tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
* Property and Lettings Administration Support.

What qualifications or qualities are required?

What we're looking for:

* A confident communicator who enjoys working with people.
* Good results at NAT5 level –
* Administration would be desirable but not essential.
* Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft software.
* A positive, can-do attitude with great time management.
* An eye for detail and generally an organised person.
* Someone who works well in a team and takes initiative.
