About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information:
Your skilled work in this role will help improve our residents’ homes.Working across a number of our properties, your role will be to diagnose and repair faults to domestic plumbing systems, order parts and complete the work on time.
An excellent level of customer service is imperative, while working to the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
It is essential that you have the relevant, up to date qualifications needed to carry out the role and that are you able to provide proof of these at interview stage.
This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points / convictions must be disclosed)
