Key Responsibilities
Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of the office
Provide diary and administrative support to the director
Handle incoming calls with a polished, professional manner
Manage sales progression, liaising with solicitors, agents, and clients
Oversee all compliance-related documentation and processes

Strong and up-to-date knowledge of residential property sales
