Enterprise Account Executive – Data Centre Sector (Built Environment SaaS)
Hybrid – London (2-3 days per week in office)
We’re supporting a fast-growing SaaS company in the digital construction and asset data space. Their platform enables developers, operators, and consultants to manage complex asset data and building information across the full lifecycle – from design through to handover and operation.
They’re now hiring an Enterprise AE focused on new business within the data centre sector – targeting developers, general contractors, and operators managing mission-critical assets across the UK and Europe.
🔥 Your Role
1. Own new business pipeline within the data centre ecosystem: developers, operators, general contractors, and consultants
2. Manage full-cycle, high-value SaaS sales from prospecting through to close
3. Sell into stakeholders across project delivery, digital, BIM, and operations
4. Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to scope and present solutions
5. Build long-term relationships in a sector that values repeat business and trust
✅ What You’ll Bring
6. 5+ years’ enterprise SaaS sales experience (ideally construction tech, CDE, BIM, or digital twin software)
7. Proven ability to sell into large, complex infrastructure projects
8. Familiarity with data centre construction or operations highly desirable
9. Strong hunter mentality with consultative and strategic approach
10. Based in or near London, with 2-3 days per week in-office
