Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Officer to join our team at Paddock Wood, Kent. Our site specializes in liquid hops research and development, focusing on innovative brewing solutions.
Main Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and updating QMS documentation to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
* Supporting audit preparations and reviews, including traceability and production processes.
* Producing quality data and reports to measure performance.
* Monitoring non-conformance and implementing corrective actions.
* Managing supplier quality and overseeing allergen and CCP validations.
* Reviewing HACCP processes and maintaining the Quality Manual.
* Handling customer complaints and implementing corrective actions.
* Auditing documentation and product labelling for accuracy and compliance.
* Collaborating with production teams for staff training and competency standards.
* Completing incident reports and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
* Experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance is advantageous.
* Understanding of food safety standards.
* Attention to detail, strong communication, IT skills, and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
