Enabling Support Worker - Wall Street, Hereford - £12.25 per hour
We are recruiting for Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Wall Street.

About The Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person-centred support plan. You will maintain accurate records and may be required to administer personal care and medication.
There will be a requirement to cover sleep-in sessions, for which you will be paid an additional £60 per sleep-in.
Wall Street is a residential home in Hereford city centre, offering state-of-the-art equipment and facilities and highly trained staff. We specialise in supporting people with cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis, and acquired brain injury or stroke, taking a person-centred, flexible approach.
