The role will involve:
* Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, LPAs, and Court of Protection work.
* Building relationships with clients and advising on often complex and sensitive matters.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and care.
* Contributing to business development and networking activities locally.
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1–3 years’ PQE in Private Client law.
* Have hands-on experience handling estate administration, wills, and LPAs.
* Be personable, professional, and passionate about client service.
* Enjoy working as part of a team, with the initiative to grow your profile locally.
