We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in hotel or commercial cleaning is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
* Vacuum carpets and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests and inquiries courteously.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Occasionally assist in meal preparation or cooking when required.
Experience
* Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with cleaning products and their safe usage is beneficial.
* Experience in customer service is an advantage, particularly in a hotel setting.
* A background in commercial cleaning can be an asset.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
