We are seeking a Co-founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technological vision, product development, and engineering teams. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in finance and drive significant impact from the ground up.
Your Co-founders are seasoned financial industry leaders with a proven ability to deliver multi-million dollar projects and generate over $3 billion in revenues for top tier global organizations and banks such as ADCB, Microsoft, Visa & Checkout. They will complement your technical expertise by overseeing all commercial and operational facets of the business, including fundraising, sales, operations, finance, and HR, ensuring you can concentrate on building our cutting-edge AI infrastructure.
As a Co-founder & CTO, you will be a senior leader with the critical responsibility to:
* Define and execute Vocal AI's core technology strategy and product roadmap for banking-grade AI solutions.
* Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of secure, scalable, and compliant AI infrastructure tailored for regulated financial institutions.
* Build, mentor, and grow a world-class engineering and data science team.
* Instill a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and rigorous quality standards.
* Collaborate closely with the CEO and other co-founders on strategic business development, fundraising, and partnership initiatives.
* Stay ahead of emerging AI/ML trends, financial technology advancements, and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven Experience in AI Infrastructure: Extensive hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and deploying complex AI infrastructure.
* Big Tech AI Product Background: Demonstrable experience building impactful AI products at leading global AI companies such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple, or NVIDIA.
* Leadership & Team Building (Preferred but not essential): A track record of successfully building, leading, and scaling high-performing technology teams.
* Strategic Vision: Ability to translate business goals into a clear technical strategy and product roadmap.
* Domain Aptitude (Preferred but not essential): While direct financial services experience isn't mandatory, a strong understanding of or ability to quickly grasp the unique requirements, compliance needs, and security protocols of regulated financial institutions is a significant advantage.
* Adaptability & Resilience: Comfortable navigating the dynamic environment of an early-stage startup.
