An experienced Quantity Surveyor is sought to join the team at their North East office. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering affordable homes and contributing to the continued success of a well-established business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cash flows, budgets, and valuations in line with company policies.
* Build and maintain relationships with Housing Associations, third‑party providers, and sub‑contractors.
* Assist in land appraisals, commercial reports, and KPIs.
* Ensure all expenditure aligns with commercial objectives and is reported accurately.
What They’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in new homes.
* Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
* Full UK driving license and flexible attitude to business needs.
