Location: Larne, Northern Ireland
Salary: £26,000, Share Scheme, Pension, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).

Applicable to: Students and Graduates in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering – Electric Power Division (EPD).
Eligibility Note: To complete a 12‑Month Placement commencing in summer 2026, you must be in your penultimate year of study unless enrolled in an integrated master’s program.
Responsibilities
* Oversee and assess product quality and warranty performance.
* Manage projects aimed at enhancing product quality and minimizing warranty claims.
* Monitor and evaluate compliance with product standards.
* Serve as a liaison with shop floor personnel involved in product assembly and manufacturing.
* Successfully complete foundational training in engineering standards and apply acquired knowledge.
* Perform any other assigned tasks promptly to support the Electric Power Division.
* Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
* Working toward a relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering with an expected classification of at least 2:2.
Recruitment Process

Assessment Centre: Successful candidates will attend an assessment centre on 27th January 2026, evaluating teamwork, decision‑making, communication, and problem‑solving.
Offer and Placement: Final offers are extended after assessment. Placement begins on 29th June 2026.
