V7 is seeking a Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading client within the passive fire industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business delivering high‑quality fire door and passive fire protection projects across the North of England.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of projects from start to finish, managing site teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining open communication with the operations team. You will ensure works are delivered to the highest standards, on time, and in line with contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver fire door and passive fire protection projects across multiple sites.
* Maintain close communication with the Operations Manager and office team to ensure smooth programme delivery.
* Produce regular reports to track project progress.
* Maintain strong, transparent relationships with clients.
* Lead and support site teams and site managers to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
Candidate Profile:
* Relevant qualifications in fire door installation and passive fire protection.
* Proven experience in contracts/project management, particularly within occupied or complex buildings.
* Ability to manage several projects concurrently.
* Strong leadership skills to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
* Excellent work ethic, eager to learn, grow, and progress.
* Clear and confident communicator.
* Flexible and willing to take on new challenges.
