Senior Facilities Coordinator (Shoreditch – London)
We're looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to take ownership of workplace operations at our London office. This contractor role is on-site, five days a week, with occasional flexibility for out-of-hours events.
In this role, you'll:
* Oversee day-to-day facilities and vendor management
* Ensure the office runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
* Coordinate maintenance, catering, and events
* Be the go-to person for creating a clean, welcoming, and productive workplace
What we're looking for:
* 2+ years' experience in facilities/office management
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Confident communicator, able to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (SharePoint & Teams a plus)
* Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently
