Crest Nicholson's South Division are recruiting for a Land Manager, to support our Land Director in managing all land acquisition and applications as part of the Development strategy. The trademark Crest Nicholson South developments are often exceptional quality in design and master-planning, on average between 40-250 unit multi-phase sites with a combination of core house types along with bespoke features. The successful candidate will lead on the identification, initial research and appraisals of new sites, with a focus on negotiating and agreeing prices and terms directly with vendors and Agents. A key area of this role will be to have strong commercial acumen to make decisions on the feasibility of the project by liaising with internal teams on benchmarking, costing and terms. Your clear and open communication style in communicating planning and site information for each team is absolutely key, in order for everyone to deliver high quality work to set deadlines. This will include regularly reviewing and updating site valuations and budgets to ensure they reflect the current proposals and values and continue What are we looking for in a successful candidate?
