Base pay range
Salary between £45,000 to £48,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate a small team of engineers.
* Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical systems.
* Report directly to the Area Manager providing updates on site performance.
* Ensure all works comply with safety procedures and regulations.
Key Qualifications
* Experience working with AHU’s and FCU’s within a commercial environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to obtain high level security clearance.
Desirable
* SSSTS.
