Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity within technology consultancy, offering fast‑track career development and exposure to cutting‑edge technologies. The role supports the full life cycle of software development and includes hands‑on coding. You will be involved in all parts of the process – from design and development to ensuring that we deliver high‑quality end products to our clients.
We work with a wide range of technologies including Scala, .Net, C#, Java, Salesforce, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Sitecore, ReactJS, Angular, Docker, Azure, Azure DevOps and Octopus. There will always be a lead manager on the project who owns delivery and can help you hone management and IT delivery skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Experience with Scala
* System development – front‑end, back‑end and integrations
* Workflow planning and process optimisation
* Quality assurance and customer‑requirement implementation for new features
* Analysis and design of overall solutions
* Daily sparring with the team
* Full life cycle delivery
Essential Qualifications & Skills
* +4 years experience in the IT industry
* Full‑stack or back‑end technical background with experience in Scala, Java, .Net or C#
* Curiosity to explore new technologies
* Experience across the full software development lifecycle
* Ability to code within projects
* Prior involvement in major IT solution delivery
* Experience in mentoring or team‑leading on projects is a plus
* Understanding of agile tools and techniques
* Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude
* Highly ambitious and career‑focused
* Candidates must be willing to travel to client sites anywhere in the UK and must have the right to work in the UK
