To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate your retail management experience by driving sales and improving store performance, consistently meeting key performance indicators.
You must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate a coaching management style—being clear, open, and honest. You will ensure retail colleagues are trained to the highest standards and capable of taking corrective action when necessary.

With experience in change management and a proven record of meeting targets, you will be career-focused and self-motivated to maximize team performance. You should have a history of managing significant retail operations with a strong profit motive.
