What you’ll do:
* Support children 1:1 or in small groups with SEND needs
* Help pupils access learning in ways that suit them best
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists
* Encourage communication, social skills, and independence
* Celebrate every achievement - big or small
Who we’re looking for:
* Experience supporting children with SEND (including ASD, PMLD, or other complex needs)
* A calm, patient, and positive approach
* Someone who builds trust quickly and offers consistency
* Good communication skills and empathy
* Passion for helping every child reach their potential
