At Lazy Oaf, Junior Creatives are the masters of our media. Working on creative that engages, educates, and entertains our audience. Junior Creatives work across content creation and creative production and report to our Creative Manager.

We are a small but mighty team at Lazy Oaf, so everyone needs to be comfortable engaging in their daily tasks and helping out wherever needed.
What will you be doing?
Working with our Creative Manager, you will assist in producing campaign and ecommerce shoots from concept to delivery, focusing on assets for our Web, App, Retail, and Social channels.
This could include:
Pre-Production:
* Concept ideation for campaigns, product still life, brand storytelling socials, and video content tailored to each platform.
* Location scouting and booking.
* Researching and managing model agencies and bookers, conducting castings, and booking talent.
* Seeking new creative partners (Photographers, MUAs, hairstylists, etc.).
Production:
* Assisting on shoot days with steaming, styling, and dressing models, and returning styling loans.
* Supporting art direction, including prop building and set design when needed.
* Creating behind-the-scenes content.
* Managing flat lays and pack shots, suggesting innovative ways to curate content.
* Organizing photographic deliverables, uploading, and archiving imagery.
* Updating communication plans with relevant content.
You probably already:
* Are comfortable in front of the camera and can present content.
* Follow social media trends closely.
* Obsess over art direction, photography, and styling, with experience in shoots.
* Know your way around a camera and editing software for videos and stills.
* Build mood boards and gather references, embracing the weird and unhinged.
* Are self-motivated and proactive, making things happen independently.
