They are now looking for a driven Senior Advertising Executive to join the team, working on one of their leading titles, this is an exciting opportunity to work across print, digital and events, with a great earning potential, almost entirely home working and further benefits on offer.

The Role
As the Senior Advertising Executive, you’ll play a key role in building revenue by developing strong client relationships, generating new business, and maintaining current accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to sales, a focus on customer engagement, and the ability to deliver tailored advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Identify and approach potential clients through new leads, referrals, events, and relationships.
Offer multimedia advertising solutions tailored to client needs across print, digital, and additional channels.
Maintain and present a 3-6 month pipeline forecast to management monthly.
Ensure a minimum of 60% of targets are pre-booked each month, with focus on meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
Client & Account Management
Build and sustain relationships with new and existing clients, conducting client meetings, proposal pitches, and campaign reviews.
Update CRM (Salesforce) records consistently, tracking all stages of the sales process.
Follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely invoicing and campaign alignment.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Conduct regular market research to stay competitive, creating competitor analysis reports and presenting insights on market share.
Use market data to help shape client pitches and develop sales strategies.
Campaign Management
Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to optimise campaign outcomes.
Travel for client meetings, industry events, and tradeshows as needed.
Key Skills & Attributes
Proven 2-3 years track record in media sales, with experience in both print and digital environments.
Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and pipeline management.
Strategic and analytical, with the ability to drive revenue and exceed targets.
