The Role
We are looking for a Customer Sales & Support Advisor to join our friendly team. This is a proactive, customer-focused role where you'll be making outbound calls, building relationships, and helping to generate new business. Alongside this, you'll provide support to our office team with general administration and finance-related tasks.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, target-driven, sales savvy, and able to keep motivated.
Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to engage with customers and promote our services.
* Build strong relationships by providing excellent customer service.
* Support with administration and finance tasks, including raising invoices and managing debtors.
* Help track performance and ensure customer information is up to date.
* Contribute ideas and think commercially to support the business's growth - working towards your set KPI's.
* Support the growth of the business by developing lasting connections with customers and partners.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role.
* Great communication skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
* Demonstrates excellent active listening skills when engaging with customers and working with colleagues.
* Ability to follow instructions and contribute to a harmonious team - being a team player.
* Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
* Organised and detail-oriented when handling admin tasks.
* A team player who can bring energy and enthusiasm to the role.

* Competitive salary package - £26,000 per annum on pro-rata basis (Temp Contract)

* Working Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm plus 1 in 5 Saturday's.
* Mostly Hybrid working with occasional meet ups in person required.
