The Role:
You will handle a varied private client caseload, including:

* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney

* Probate and estate administration
\t
* Trusts and inheritance tax planning
\t
* Advising clients on estate and succession matters
The Ideal Candidate:

* Qualified Solicitor with Private Client experience (PQE level flexible)
\t
* Able to manage a caseload independently
\t
* Strong client care and communication skills
\t
* STEP qualification or progress towards STEP would be advantageous
