Responsibilities
* Produce quotations for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems within the agreed SLAs.
* Manage daily emails, respond to queries, and elevate issues as required.
* Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
* Convert sales enquiries to actual jobs upon client order approval.
* Obtain supplier quotations and check stock availability to support planning and equipment orders.
* Perform any other ad‑hoc administrative tasks as needed, supporting the Small Works department and Project Managers.
* Act as a proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Work confidently with different teams and internal/external clients.
Person Specification
Essential
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Commercial acumen.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to complete tasks within clear deadlines.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
* Adaptable and flexible while working in a high‑pressure environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Desirable
* Experience with systems such as CASH 4 WINDOWS, Coupa, and Maximo.
