Vehicle Technician\n\nDepartment: Aftersales / Workshop\n\nReports To: Workshop Controller / Service Manager\n\nRole Purpose\n\nThe Vehicle Technician is responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to a high standard, ensuring vehicles are safe, reliable, and returned to customers in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.\n\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\n\nVehicle Maintenance & Repair\n\n * \n\n Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repair work on vehicles\n\n * \n\n Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults\n\n * \n\n Complete repairs accurately and efficiently to manufacturer standards\n\n * \n\n Road test vehicles where required\n\nDiagnostics & Fault Finding\n\n * \n\n Use diagnostic equipment to identify faults\n\n * \n\n Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems\n\n * \n\n Rectify faults right first time to minimise repeat work\n\nWorkshop Performance\n\n * \n\n Work to efficiency and productivity targets\n\n * \n\n Accurately complete job cards and service documentation\n\n * \n\n Support workshop workflow and productivity\n\nQuality, Compliance & Safety\n\n * \n\n Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and warranty requireme...
