Bright Futures Care is looking for a Property Finder to help us identify and secure high-quality real estate opportunities that support our mission of providing exceptional care and education to children and adults with Autism and Learning Difficulties.

About the Role: As our Property Finder, you'll play a vital role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing residential properties and land that align with our growth strategy. You will use your expertise in property sourcing, negotiations, and market analysis to find investment opportunities that meet our organisation's requirements. Your ability to network, build relationships, and leverage industry knowledge will be key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and source suitable properties and land to support Bright Futures Care's expansion
* Negotiate the best final purchase price for properties
* Build relationships with estate agents, brokers, property owners, and other industry professionals
* Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of emerging property trends
* Assist in property evaluations and due diligence processes
* Present investment opportunities to the Bright Futures team
* Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance
* Continuously strive for improvements in property sourcing
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in property sourcing, investment, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of the Northwest and Yorkshire property markets
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
* Analytical mindset and commercial awareness in property conversions
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
* A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What We Offer:
* £30,000 salary plus a performance bonus
* A role based in Lymm, with travel across the Northwest and Yorkshire
