Quantity Surveyor required by a specialist M&E contractor, responsible for the financial and commercial management of multiple projects across a varied portfolio. This role involves full oversight of contractual obligations, valuations, forecasting, and commercial support of project delivery teams. The successful candidate will ensure that services are delivered cost-effectively while identifying and closing out commercial opportunities in line with client and project requirements. Quantity Surveyor Requirements * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within M&E contracting (Data Centre experience desirable). * HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or Engineering. * MRICS or working towards chartered status (preferred). * Proficient in industry tools such as Asta Powerproject, Excel, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Anaplan, or similar. * Strong knowledge of construction contracts, statutory regulations, and procurement processes
