Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our administrative functions, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks. This position requires strong computer skills and the ability to manage various clerical duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Maintain files, records, and office documents systematically.
* Enter, update, and manage data in registers, ledgers, or computer systems.
* Prepare, type, and process official documents, letters, and forms.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, etc.).
* Assist in preparing simple reports, bills, vouchers, and statements.
* Perform photocopying, scanning, and other clerical support work.
* Maintain registers for attendance, inventory, or office transactions.
* Support seniors and other staff in routine office work as assigned
