What you'll do
1. Carry out internal and external painting and decorating across our properties.
2. Prepare surfaces including sanding, filling and priming to achieve a high-quality finish.
3. Apply paint, wallpaper and other finishes to a professional standard.
4. Complete refurbishment and redecoration works in void and occupied properties.
5. Undertake minor repairs to surfaces prior to decorating.
6. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with quality standards.
