The Role
Data has been agreed as a key strategic priority for Rennie Grove Peace over the next 3 years with the objective to be data driven and use insight to drive organisational decision making.
To date a part time data analyst has been focussed on delivering the clinical reporting needs of the organisation. As a result, RGP has taken the first steps to develop a Power Bi dashboard to meet clinical reporting requirements. RGP has identified the need to grow our internal analytical and Power Bi capability and is now creating two roles: This role to support the newly appointed Data/Digital reporting engineer in identifying a prioritised list and delivering reports t meet the needs of the organisation. Together the two roles will develop and support department Power BI champions.
* You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
* Working to a prioritised list of requests for reports held by your line manager, take the request through from detailed analysis to production, creating a repeatable and automated routine where necessary.
* Consolidate development to date for corporate reporting and increase effective adoption of Power BI within the charity.
* Develop colleagues’ analysis and Power BI skills.
