Shift Patterns:
* Any 5 days out of 7, a rota will be assigned.
Pay Rates:
* 15.06 GBP hourly
As a Line Leader you will need to have:
* Good English level
* Ability to manage the team and direct reports.
As Line Leader, it would be desirable to have:
* Team player with good communication skills.
Role of a Line Leader:
* Oversee daily operations of the production line.
* Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Motivate and guide the production team to achieve targets.
* Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the line.
