Overview:
Teaching Personnel is seeking an ambitious English ECT for a vibrant, inclusive secondary school in Stockport. This is a full-time teaching role within a well-established English department, ideal for a newly qualified teacher looking to complete their ECT years in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Teach English Language and Literature to KS3 and KS4
* Use assessment data to inform planning and personalise learning
* Engage in wider school life, including clubs, trips, and enrichment
* Participate in professional development and ECT training programmes
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS with a specialism in English
* Passionate about literature, language, and building student confidence
* Able to deliver dynamic, inclusive lessons tailored to diverse learners
* Open to feedback and reflective teaching practice
