Warehouse Operative
Based at the NaughtOne factory in Elland but moving to a brand new factory in Birstall in the Summer, we are looking for a Warehouse Operative to be responsible for efficiently booking products in & out as well as overseeing stock areas within the warehouse.
Your main duties will be:
1. Inspect and verify the accuracy of received goods
2. Sort, label, and store items in designated areas
3. Maintain and identify stock and job specific product within the warehouse
4. Identify and locate product once booked in
5. Provide stock counts on product lines as and when requested take using NAV IT system.
6. Box and palletise stock for safe delivery to the customer
7. Allocate finished products into the palletised completion area
8. Submit and record all completed tasks on the NAV system
9. Maintain a clean working environment throughout the warehouse
10. Forklift Driving – Bendi or Counterbalance
11. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
12. Complete Pick Instructions in accordance with standard procedures
13. Supervise non-conformance components within the Warehouse
14. Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed
15. Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Line Manager
16. Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
17. Support in carrying out company stock takes as requested.
Physical Demands
18. Loading and unloading items onto 3rd party transportation vehicle, either manually or mechanically
19. Stacking of goods in correct storage bays
20. Stacking of empty pallets
21. Forklift Driving
We offer full training on our product portfolio and SOPs but we are looking for someone with the following skills & capabilities:
22. Educated to GCSE standard in both Maths & English
23. Previous experience of working in a warehouse in a manufacturing setting (minimum 1 year)
24. Excellent organisational skills to manage inventory effectively
25. Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management systems
26. Ability to adopt best working practices to achieve accuracy and high quality standards
27. Working and co-operating in a team environment to achieve daily targets
28. Quality driven and a fine eye for detail
29. Flexible in all aspects of work
30. Knowledge / appreciation of H&S requirements in a production / factory environment

Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, this is a full-time position, 40 hours per week. The working hours are Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4pm and Friday, 7am – 1pm.
