What We're Looking For:
A minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience as a social worker, with proven experience in crisis intervention and risk assessment.
Current and valid Social Work England registration.
The ability to work autonomously, make sound decisions under pressure, and manage complex emergency situations effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to engage sensitively with individuals in distress.
