A long-established and reputable architectural practice is seeking Architects to join their vibrant team in Northampton. With over 50 years of industry success, the firm works on a wide variety of projects across sectors such as logistics, education, hospitality, R&D, civic, leisure, residential, and more- with values ranging from £500k to over £200m. Daily Duties:
* Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
* Create detailed drawings and technical designs independently or in teams
* Collaborate closely with colleagues while retaining creative control
* Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)
* Use additional software like AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketch-Up, InDesign (desirable)
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Architect with proven project-running experience
* Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
* Proficient in Revit; additional software experience a plus
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
