Our client, a forward-thinking organisation in the hospitality industry, is looking for an enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant to join their bustling finance department. This role is designed for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to a vibrant team!
As an integral part of their accounts payable team, you will:
Ensuring invoices are accurate and processing
Assist in preparing payments
Serve as a key point of contact with suppliers
Address and assist with any issues
Prepare Supplier Statement reconciliations and ensure outstanding invoices are requested and processed
Resolve queries through effective written and verbal communication
Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing procedures
Work to enhance workflows and streamline processes.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in accounts payable or similar role
Experience meeting deadlines
Experience with reconciliations
Strong organisational skills
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and data entry.Office Angels is an employment agency and business.
