We are currently recruiting General Operatives to support vehicle preparation at a busy site in Bicester. This is an ideal role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys practical tasks, and is looking for regular weekday hours.
The Role:
As a General Operative your responsibilities will include:
1. Working on the assembly line, using basic hand and power tools
2. Supporting with the stripping and fitting of vehicle components such as seats and hand poles
3. Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to a high standard
4. Ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards
5. Keeping your workspace clean, tidy, and organised
6. Assisting the wider site team to meet daily output targets
The Person:
7. Previous experience using hand and power tools (essential)
8. A strong work ethic and attention to detail
9. Must be physically fit
10. The ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
11. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
12. Previous cleaning or vehicle prep experience is advantageous
