The Role:

* Transactional Tax (50%): Partnering with market-leading teams to provide strategic tax advice on complex M&A deals, helping clients navigate the tax aspects of their most significant transactions.
* Standalone Tax Planning (50%): Advising on sophisticated tax strategies and structures, empowering clients to achieve their business goals with clarity and confidence.
