What we do
* Residential extensions and bespoke new builds
* Light commercial
What you’ll be doing
* Assisting with design development, planning applications and technical drawings
* Producing high-quality visuals and presentation materials
* Conducting site visits and surveys
* Supporting the team across multiple stages of residential projects
* Collaborating closely with senior staff and clients
* RIBA Part 1 qualification or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and photoshop
* Strong design and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
