The Role
* Provide full operational leadership across all multi-utility service lines.
* Drive safety, compliance, and performance standards across complex, multi-site operations.
* Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including digitalisation and process optimisation.
* Establish clear KPIs and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and service quality.
* Oversee workforce strategy, large-scale programme delivery, and resource planning.
* Manage significant operational budgets with a focus on cost control and ROI.
* Build strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory stakeholders.
* Develop and inspire high-performing, accountable leadership teams.
About You
* Proven executive or senior leadership experience within utilities, infrastructure, or construction.
* Strong understanding of multi-utility networks and regulatory frameworks.
* Demonstrated success leading large teams and complex operational environments.
* Commercially astute with strong financial oversight experience.
* Track record of delivering growth, operational turnaround, or transformation programmes.
* A confident decision-maker who leads from the front and drives a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related discipline.
* Professional certifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2, APM) advantageous
