We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Lecturer and Restaurant Coordinator. This exciting dual role combines teaching and hands‑on restaurant management, providing an exceptional opportunity to inspire and develop the next generation of food and beverage professionals.
The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality teaching of food and beverage service skills to 16–18‑year‑old students at Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3. You will also manage the planning and delivery of practical sessions in our student‑run restaurant, coordinating lunch services and occasional evening events.
This position requires excellent organisational, leadership, and teaching skills to ensure students gain valuable real‑world experience while maintaining high standards of service in a professional restaurant setting.
