SALARY: £ £15.70 plus an additional £3000 - £6000 pa for sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month)

What do you need?
* A minimum of 3 years' experience working within Childrens residential care.
* NVQ Level 4 in Management or Young People or above
* Related knowledge of OFSted legislation and safeguarding procedures.
* Highly driven, proactive and enthusiastic.
* A strong people manager with a hands on approach.
* Experience of budgets and rota's.
* Full driving licence is essential.
* You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins
today and tell us what makes you a great fit.
