The person we’re looking for
* Extensive experience in product management, with previous experience in a leadership role managing teams
* Have set up new ways of working, team orgs and relevant frameworks from scratch when defining product teams
* Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing product teams.
* Ability to translate business goals into actionable product strategies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
* Experience in AI-driven products, SaaS platforms, Telcos or sales optimisation tools is an advantage.
You’ll be responsible for
* Collaborate closely with the CPO to shape and execute the overarching product strategy & vision.
* Put in place key frameworks and ways of working to ensure product features and customer rollouts are delivered with maximum efficiency
* Translate high-level strategic goals into actionable product plans/roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features that align with business goals.
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and proactively address roadblocks to ensure smooth delivery.
* Work with the Product Analyst and customer success teams to analyse product performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement and drive optimisation initiatives.
* Monitor key product performance metrics to evaluate success and identify improvement areas.
* Act as a key contact between the product team and other teams (e.g. Customer Success, Sales and Tech), ensuring alignment on goals, priorities, and timelines.
