The role will focus on designing integrated security systems across high-profile infrastructure and energy distribution projects, combining electrical, electronic, and security system design from concept through to completion. My client is offering a salary of £35,000 – £45,000 plus: * 25 days annual leave bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Life insurance after 6 months’ service * Further training and career development opportunities * Long-term promotion prospects within a growing business * Occasional travel with accommodation and meal allowance provided Key responsibilities of the Integrated Security Systems Designer * Design and develop detailed security system line drawings as part of integrated solutions * Carry out ELV calculations to ensure design integrity * Review completed designs to ensure compliance with specifications and standards * Develop and maintain document templates and technical documentation * Liaise with other designers to ensure project coordination * Provide support and guidance to junior designers * Attend site surveys and design review meetings * Produce technical manuals and maintenance documentation * Ensure document control and quality standards are met Experience required of the Integrated Security Systems Designer * HND (or higher) in Electrical, Electronic, or Technology-based discipline * Experience in electrical, electronic, or security system design Working knowledge of * AutoCAD (essential) This is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.
