Part-Time HR Advisor Location: Maidstone (Office-based) Hours: 3 days per week - Monday to Wednesday, 9:00am-5:00pm Salary: £38,000 FTE (pro rata) We are working with a growing and dynamic organisation based in Maidstone, who are looking to recruit a Part-Time HR Advisor to support their expanding workforce. This is a fully office-based role, working three full days per week (Monday-Wednesday), and would suit an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with managers and employees. The Role Reporting into the senior HR team, the HR Advisor will provide generalist HR support across the business, including: Advising managers on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance issues Supporting recruitment, onboarding and probation processes Ensuring HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation Assisting with HR projects and initiatives aligned to business growth Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation Acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role Strong working knowledge of UK employment law Confident advising managers and handling ER matters end to end Highly organised with excellent communication skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable but not essentialif you are interested in the role, please apply now with your CV!
