Provide high-quality care - assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily activities ? Lead by example - supporting, mentoring, and supervising Care Assistants ? Administer medication - ensuring correct procedures are followed (training provided if required) ? Monitor residents' well-being - identifying any changes and reporting to senior management ?
