We are currently recruiting experienced and compassionate Residential Child Support Workers to join our growing agency team supporting children and young people across residential childrens homes and supported accommodation settings. About the Role As a Residential Child Support Worker, you will provide practical and emotional support to children and young people with a range of complex needs and backgrounds. The young people we support may experience: Learning disabilities Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Placement breakdowns in foster or adoptive homes Poor mental health and social/emotional difficulties Attachment disorders Criminal exploitation or child sexual exploitation Substance misuse Inappropriate sexualised behaviours Self-harm or suicidal ideation Vulnerabilities and risks within the community You will play a key role in creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment while supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes and develop independence.
