Keiths Coffee Shop on Black Jack street Cirencester is seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing ,organised, efficient, and have experience as a Barista .
Responsibilities
* Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
* Take accurate orders and serve fo
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
* Ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times
* Prepare simple food items and beverages, including barista-style coffee where applicable
* Manage cash register transactions with basic maths skills for accurate billing
* Assist with setting up tables and clearing after service
* Handle customer enquiries politely and efficiently, resolving any issues professionally
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Skills
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
* Barista experience is essential
* Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment
* Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
* Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently
* Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively
* Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
* Organised with an eye for detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
