Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Hybrid working: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
Are you an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk who is ready to move beyond an entry-level role? This position offers the chance to take ownership of end-to-end AP processes within a supportive, collaborative finance team. You’ll be the key AP contact in your chosen office (Bath, Leeds, or Cardiff), working independently day-to-day while staying connected with colleagues across the UK.
This is the perfect role for someone who has recently completed or would like to start their AAT qualifications.
What you’ll do
* Process supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate records across finance systems.
* Liaise with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries.
* Play a key role in keeping the finance operations running smoothly.
What we’re looking for
* A solid grounding in accounts payable, with the confidence to manage the full AP cycle.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Comfortable working independently in-office, while collaborating remotely with colleagues.
* Professional services experience is a plus, but we are open to other backgrounds.
* Studying (or keen to study) AAT would be an advantage.
