Key Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes.
Respond to external recruiters and coordinate communications.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and schedule interviews.
Draft and post job adverts across platforms.
Support with HR and recruitment documentation and materials..
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (recruitment experience a plus).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Professional, polished, and confident in a luxury brand environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
